Outside Service Attendant
Persons in this position assists members with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts, and club-cleaning service. They provide carts for Members and guests, as well as return the carts to the cart storage area free of debris, towels, scorecards, etc. They must be capable of operating the equipment to retrieve range balls from the driving range and wash the range balls as appropriate. They must arrange baskets and range balls in accordance with approved club standards and must be able to think and work independently.
Persons in this position are to prepare the service area, side stations, and all work assignment as directed by manager. They must provide timely food and beverage service to Members and guests and maintain and keep all records concerning food and beverage sales. It is the server’s responsibility to make sure the customer’s order makes it to the kitchen and back out to the customer in a timely and professional manner. They will maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas, keep assigned tables, lounge, and bus station clean. Lastly, they will assist manager in assuring that all legal requirements are met pertaining to food and beverage service, cleanliness, and storage, and will also promote all club activities and services.
Persons in this position will greet customers immediately upon entering the restaurant, check reservations, and note special requests or a need for arranging tables. They must also inspect chairs, tables, and floors throughout the dining room for crumbs and debris and remove or sweep when necessary. It will always be their responsibility to remove extra settings when guests are seated and must always be aware of server’s workload and seat guests accordingly. They will promote all club activities and services, and must always provide a professional image at all times.
Persons in this position will follow detailed plans for each event including, but not limited to, providing room set-up, diagrams, buffet table and beverage station placement, proper service, etc. They will greet guests upon arrival for function and ensure that all expectations are met or exceeded. They will promote all club activities and services, perform various other duties as deemed appropriate by Manager, and must always provide a professional image at all times.
